What are your favorite aspects of the job?  I love watching the staff love on the children. We have so many children in and out of the building during each day that’s it is hard for me to personally know all of them; but when I walk through the hallways and see and hear the children and staff together and know that the children are loved and cared for so well by our staff, it warms my heart. I also, believe it or not, really enjoy the administrative aspects of my job which are many - especially because we are licensed by the state of New York!

What are your favorite aspects of the job? The people interaction; especially the children for “out of the mouths of babes………” Everyday is different and this job touches on so many different aspects of what goes on in the building.

What is your pet peeve? Rude behavior toward other people.

What is your favorite song to blast from your desk? I don’t like blasting music. I do enjoy listening to soothing piano music and often listen to David Anderson, Charlie Sneller or Stan Whitmire cds.

What are your favorite aspects of the job? Talking with people directly and working out any problems with them.  I like to interact with people.

What are your favorite aspects of the job?  The people I work with! and, okay, I'm kind of fond of numbers, too :)

What is your pet peeve? Plastic knives that break or just fail when I try to use them; When I turn the radio on and only get the last two seconds of a song I love; Also, when I say "Guess What?!" and, immediately, somebody actually guesses correctly. It totally diminishes my excitement factor.

What is your favorite comfort food? Oh boy, that's a tough one... well, there's coffee, chocolate, celery & chicken wing dip, venison... I can't decide which one takes the cake. And, hey, there's another one! Only if it's ice cream cake, though. :)

What are your favorite aspects of the job?  Watching men become more open and real with each other.  Seeing the men disciple each other.  I am especially pleased to see genuine and deep friendships evolve between the men of the church.

What is your pet peeve? I have two:  being late, and people standing in the middle of a hallway or doorway having a conversation.
