I love watching the staff love on the children. We have so many children in and out of the building during each day that’s it is hard for me to personally know all of them but when I walk through the hallways and see and hear the children and staff together and know that the children are loved and cared for so well by our staff it warms my heart. I also, believe it or not, really enjoy the administrative aspects of my job which, because we are licensed by the State of New York, are many!
