Lydia Monroe:

  • Masters in Christian Education (Asbury Theological Seminary)

  • I love watching the staff love on the children. We have so many children in and out of the building during each day that’s it is hard for me to personally know all of them but when I walk through the hallways and see and hear the children and staff together and know that the children are loved and cared for so well by our staff it warms my heart. I also, believe it or not, really enjoy the administrative aspects of my job which, because we are licensed by the State of New York, are many!

  • 1991 – 1997 served as Children’s Pastor / P4K Director
    2005 – present -- in current position

  • Lives in the Churchville area with her husband, John, and two children; Abby and Aaron
 


Sue Smout:

    Summer Camp Program Director (K & 1st Grades)

  • 1994 – 2001 served as Nursery School Teacher/Director
    2006 to present -- in current roles

  • I love that everything is new and exciting to 3 & 4 year olds. Their enthusiasm for life is contagious – plus I get to wear sneakers and finger-paint every day if I want to!

  • Single with two adopted daughters, Haley and Kristina
 


Rebecca Johnson:
Program Director

  • BS in Elementary Education (Roberts Wesleyan College)

  • Pre-Kindergarten Teacher
    After School Program Director
    Summer Camp Program Director (2nd – 6th Grades)

  • Started in 2000
    Worked in the after school program while in college
    Assisted in Extended Kindergarten class
    Has taught both Pre-K and Nursery School

  • Lives in Chili area with her husband Denis and daughter Norah

  • Pre-k: Getting to see the Parents each day. Something most teacher don’t get the luxury of. I feel like I know the child so much better because I am getting to know their family as well.
    After School: Feeling like a kid again. Playing games and talking about life. Keeps me young

 


Beth Antes:
P4K Registrar/Bookkeeper

  • BS in Marketing (University of Cincinnati)

  • Joined P4K as bookkeeper in 1998

  • Married to Bob Antes, Facilities Director @ Pearce
    Has 2 adult sons – Jeff, who worked in after school & summer camp, and Kevin
    Has step-daughter, Melanie, who works as an assistant in summer camp

 


Heather D'Imperio:
Program Coordinator

  • BA in Christian Ministry (Roberts Wesleyan College 2002)

  • Day Care Program Director

  • Started in September 2000
    Started as an after school counselor while in college before moving into the day care as a substitute and eventually held the positions of infant room lead teacher and toddler room lead teacher before being moved into the administrative role she currently holds

  • Lives in the Chili area with her husband Anthony, daughter Clarie, and their dog, Chief.
