Come investigate what it means to, "become more seriously disturbed and gloriously ruined, to make the invisible God visible, and to become God's hands and feet in a broken world." This group will study Kay Warren's book, Dangerous Surrender, and dig deep into the Bible to become dangerously surrendered to God and to make a difference in our world.

This class will explore how Christians bring their faith commitments into the world of politics, with particular emphasis on choices in the 2008 elections. Why do some Christians align themselves with one party or ideology, whereas other Christians - reading the same scripture - align themselves differently? What are some fundamental or basic Christian perspectives that could inform our political perspective and voting behavior?

Knit Together: |

This group will give of their time and talents to knit for those in need of warmth, comfort, and the touch of a friend. Knitters will meet to share ideas and patterns and enjoy fellowship together. Finished items will go to area hospitals and nursing homes. No knitting experience is necessary. The first meeting will be informational, no supplies will be needed.

Divorce Care helps individuals recover from the pain of separation and divorce. This support group/seminar is designed to help people deal with the pain of their past and look forward to rebuilding their lives through biblical principles.

| In 1 Thessalonians, Paul gives instruction on how we are to live as disciples of Christ. Included in that is the simple verse, "pray continually." New Life Prayer meets weekly to take thanksgiving and prayer requests to the Lord. |

All are invited to participate in the worship and praise ministries at Pearce. Weekly rehearsals are held on Wednesdays in the Sanctuary at the following times:
6:15 p.m. Sanctuary Choir (no auditions required)
8:00 p.m. Worship Team (auditions required)
