Dr. Delia Nüesch-Olver began serving as Area Director for Latin American Ministries in August 2008. She has been a church planter, pastor, translator (English/Spanish/Portuguese), lecturer and denominational executive (Director for Social, Urban and Ethnic Ministries). Delia has also served on the faculty of Seattle Pacific University (WA). She has a great desire to bring people to Jesus by using today's multiple global networks. Delia is married to Dr. Paul Olver, pastor of Rainier Avenue FMC in Seattle, WA.

The Crouse Family, has been ministering in Tarma, Peru, since November 2006. J.R. works with the Peruvian church leadership to develop holistic ministries with special focus on microenterprise and agriculture. Becky cares for their two daughters, assists with educational training, and facilitates the export of local handicrafts through SEED, a FM ministry dedicated to enabling FM families in developing countries to earn a fair wage. They also lead discipleship training in the Tarma Free Methodist Church. Previously, J.R. and Becky ministered in Haiti.

Jack and Jeanne Munos work alongside the national church to develop and strengthen the conference, pastors, church leaders and members. They teach at Haiti's Bible school, the Institut Biblique Methodiste Libre, and offer assistance to work teams and various ministries. They believe in holistic ministry with the kingdom of God and the gospel of Jesus Christ being the core foundation for ministry. Jack and Jeanne were appointed as career missionaries in March 2004.

Josef and Lynette Sykora are ministering in the fast-growing, post-communist economy of Slovakia encompass teaching, pastoring, mentoring and counseling. Josef serves a very active congregation as associate pastor and also teaches pastors from emerging European FM churches. Many of these leaders need the basics on topics including understanding the Bible, church history and systematic theology. Following the turmoil of wars and communism, many Europeans have experienced brokenness and despair; Lynette sees Christian counseling as an avenue for healing. She also offers member care to missionaries and European church planters.

Chris and Yuko Wilkins - Chris pastors the Phnom Penh Church and is currently the field supervisor for the FM Cambodia work. Yuko works with finances for both U.S. and Asia Pacific FM Missions Association (APFMMA) missionaries serving in Cambodia. She also develops new products for Reaksmei, the Cambodian FM development group. Before being appointed as a career missionary, Chris served through short-term missions in Japan for 11 years. He was involved in evangelism ministries and taught English Bible studies. Yuko, now an ordained member of the Japan General Conference of the FMC, met Chris during his VISA assignment. They were married in April 2002. Yuko was appointed as a FMWM missionary in 2007 missionaries to that country.
