"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I will be with you always, to the very end of the age."

Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV)

The Crouse Family, in November 2006, began a new ministry in Tarma, Peru, after a short period of Spanish language training in Chile. J.R. is helping the Peruvian church leadership to develop holistic ministries with special focus on microenterprise and agriculture. Becky cares for their two daughters, assists with educational training, and facilitates the export of local handicrafts through SEED, a FM ministry dedicated to enabling FM families in developing countries to earn a fair wage. Previously, J.R. and Becky ministered in Haiti.

Jack and Jeanne Munos were appointed as career missionaries in March of 2004. Excited to have realized God’s call on their lives, they went to Haiti in January, 2005. They were deep into language study when the violence in Haiti escalated to the point that they were forced to leave the country. They left Haiti in July, 2005, and despite the disappointment, the Munos continued their work with the eight Haitian Free Methodist Churches in Florida, where about a half million Haitians reside.

Josef and Lynette Sykora are working hard to establish their ministry at the Evangelical Free Church in Bratislava, the capitol city of Slovakia. Josef is assisting in the pastoral responsibilities for a 400+ member congregation. Josef’s primary responsibility is in the area of discipleship; Lynette provides counseling ministries. A highlight for Lynette and Josef is the small discipleship group they host in their home every Tuesday. The group has seen answers to prayer and they share the common desire to grow in the Lord.
