This month’s spotlight shines on Jack and Jeanne Munos
serving in Haiti.

Dear Partners,

Much has happened in the Kingdom of God here in Haiti. Right now, we are listening to sirens, music, gunfire, and chants as young men do a running cadence throughout the main streets. There have been windows smashed, many things looted from stores and street vendors, black smoke from burning tires, and gas pumps ripped from the ground. The people are starving and they are desperate. Unfortunately, they wreak more havoc as they try to get the attention of the government officials. The President is supposed to talk to the people today, but nobody knows when.

Please pray for our precious Haiti and her people. Oh, how our hearts hurt as we see things happen, which are so against the Kingdom of God.

Following is a little bit of information that was in the newsletter we were writing: As most of you know, we are overseers at the Friends of Haiti Organization (FOHO) guest house. January and February are our BIG months. There were over 100 different people in and out during those months. Some stayed for four weeks. Our Dessalines Hospital has had several work teams as well as an eye care team. The doctor’s apartment, guest house, and hospital have all had intense updating. People from the States and Canada have worked on carpentry, electrical, and maintenance issues to help this much needed ministry.

We pray that our God will intervene in all situations in the country. Thank you for your prayers and support.

For His kingdom to fully come to Haiti and the world,
Jack and Jeanne
