Heather Seliger: Day Care Program Coordinator

• Worked at Pearce 4 Kids since 2000
• Experience at Pearce consists of After School Counselor, Infant Room Head Teacher, Toddler Room Head Teacher, Daycare Program Coordinator

Mitzi Rose: Day Care Infants 2 Teacher (15 - 24 months)

• BA from Roberts Wesleyan College; Working on MA in English at SUNY Brockport
• Worked in the Pearce Memorial Church nursery for two years as an undergraduate at RWC.
• Began at Pearce 4 Kids in the fall of 2004 and has worked in all daycare rooms in different capacities including as a part-time substitute, a steady part-time staff member, a full-time teacher’s assistant, and currently as the Infants 2 Teacher.
• Personal:  Married to Jonathon Rose since February 2004; he is a full-time personal care provider at Lifetime Assistance and a relief staff member for Heritage Christian Homes.  Expecting first baby in December 2006 then returning to work full-time.

Rebecca Watson: Day Care Three Year Old Teacher

• Certificate of Early Childhood Education (Corning Community College)
• 10+ years experience in the field of Early Childhood Education

Beth Antes: P4K Registrar/Bookkeeper

• BS in Marketing (University of Cincinnati)
• Joined P4K as bookkeeper in 1998
• Personal: Married to Bob Antes, facilities director at Pearce Church. She has two adult sons; Jeff who has also worked for P4K after school and CAMP and who graduated from RWC in 2006, and Kevin who attends Grove City College.

Lydia Monroe: P4K Director

• BA in Social Work (Asbury College)
• Masters in Christian Education (Asbury Theological Seminary)
• Began at Pearce in the fall of 1991 as the After School Director. Moved in to the position of Children’s Pastor in the spring of 1992. In that position oversaw the after school, nursery school, children’s Sunday school, nursery and all other programming involving children. Oversaw the development of the day care, which opened in the fall of 1997.
• “Retired” in January 1998 to stay home and raise Abby & Aaron
• Returned to P4K as director in January 2005
• Personal: Married to John, a software tester with Thomson West Group. They have 2 children, both who attend the after school and CAMP.
