This morning we welcomed guest speaker Dr. Fazale "Fuz" Rana to speak on the topic of "Scripture and Science". Dr. Rana, at Pearce for the Reasons to Believe Conference, is the vice president of science apologetics at Reasons to Believe. His scientific research in biochemistry provided him with the initial evidence that life must have a Creator; a personal challenge daring him to read the Bible led him to the scriptural evidence that the Creator is the God of the Bible. In addition to numerous magazine articles, he co-authored Origins of Life and Who Was Adam? with Dr. Hugh Ross.

Isaiah 45:18

18 For this is what the LORD says
he who created the heavens,
he is God;
he who fashioned and made the earth,
he founded it;
he did not create it to be empty,
but formed it to be inhabited
