Another tragedy. Heart wrenching to watch, even from a distance. Loved ones fallen, some bleeding and some lifeless. And a family awkwardly trying to explain why their loved one commits an atrocity against humanity.
It all happens “On the way.” Some days just roll on by. Others “freeze frame” with joyful recall. And some days, for some, are so painful that our lives–our world–will never be the same.
Thousands of miles away, what can we do? We pray. When we pray, God works. And remembering that hurt people will hurt people, we love. We begin every day with a “Pray for one “commitment.
“Father, if there is anyone that we will cross paths with today who is crying out wanting to know if You are real…here we are. Use us to show Your love to just one person. Help us to look, live, and love like Jesus in a hurting and broken world.”
