Pearce Church is committed to spread the Good News of Christ Jesus around the world. We presently support, both in prayer and financially, the following Free Methodist missionaries: JR & Becky Crouse, Ecuador; Mike & Andrea Green, Uruguay; and Chris & Yuko Wilkins, Japan. For more information on these missionaries, visit fmcusa.org/fmmissions/.
Did you know that the Free Methodist Church has a monthly magazine? You can find articles at http://fmcusa.org/lightandlifemag/ or look for magazine-format copies of Light and Life at the atrium Information Kiosk each month. If you have a Spanish-speaking friend, turn the magazine around and the entire issue is printed in Spanish.
LibraryThing—an online children’s catalog for Pearce’s Children’s Library! The Pearce Library children’s collection is now online and can be accessed through the Pearce Church website. Thanks to a social book site, LibraryThing, our collection can be viewed online in order to see what books are available and where they are located on our shelves. We’ve been adding lots of new books—check us out at pearcechurch.org/library-thing/. If you have any questions, contact either Linda Jones, our children’s librarian, at firstname.lastname@example.org or Pastor Jeremy at email@example.com.
Pearce is pleased to offer a way to give, right from your smart phone! Simply text the amount you’d like to give to 585-617-0773. The first time you give via SmartGiving, you will be directed to enter some personal information as well as the card number from which you would like to give the funds. This information will be securely processed and stored for any future contributions you make to Pearce. We hope this will make your giving more convenient. If you have any questions about this option, you may contact our administrator, Honna Curtis, at firstname.lastname@example.org.

When you organize your closets, keep in mind that Pearce collects clothing throughout the year, to be delivered to various locations in our area. Donations of (clean) clothing only may be left in the collection barrels in the hallway, outside the west doors of the Friendship Center. For more information, contact Linda Mantegna at 594-1520 or Pastor Jeremy Kelly at the church.
This branch of Pearce’s Men’s Ministry involves teams of men who help widows, widowers, seniors, single parents, and others [within our congregation] who find themselves in need because of “stage of life” situations. “Stage of life” situations can be due to things such as advancing age, deteriorating health or mobility, loss of income, or changing stages of raising a family. They meet the first Saturday of each month at 9am, if you would like to help. If you are in need of the service of Neighborly Help, you may contact them by emailing email@example.com.
