Here at Pearce

As we strive to love those who God has put in our path, we seek to reach our local community, and those around the world, with the love of Jesus and His message of grace and forgiveness.

Tech/Video Ministry

We have many tech needs in our weekend services. We utilize video operators, sound engineers, and slide operators. We have growing needs for video production and operation, as well as sound development and operators. If you have a desire to grow in any of these areas, we encourage you to become part of our tech team.

Ushers & Greeters

As part of our Guest Services Team, we want all who enter Pearce to feel at home. Curbside Greeters assist those in need at our traffic circle, located outside Common Grounds Cafe. Greeters welcome and help guide guests to the right location. Ushers provide bulletins, help take offering, and assist attenders as needed.

From our traditional Sanctuary Choir to the contemporary Worship Team, there is a place for everyone to use their musical gifts in a church setting. We are always looking for new people to join the traditional choir, praise choir, contemplative worship team, and the contemporary worship team. Whether you sing or play an instrument, we would love to have you join one of our teams!
